Custom Touch Screen FAQs
Can I customize the cover glass and printed border?
Send the cover outline, visible area, thickness, cutouts and artwork requirements. We will review the proposed design against the selected touch sensor, available materials and manufacturing requirements before confirming a configuration.
Can you review touch integration with my existing LCD?
Yes. Provide the LCD model and drawing, active area, mechanical clearances and host touch interface. The touch controller, cable routing, bonding approach and final optical performance need to be reviewed together. An LCD interface and a touch interface are separate signal paths.
What determines sample timing, MOQ and development cost?
These depend on whether an existing panel can be used, the cover and sensor changes, tooling, controller configuration, test requirements and order quantity. Sample timing, MOQ and any development charges will be confirmed in the project quotation.
