Custom Duty and Clearance

Please note that you are responsible for finding out in advance about the legality of importing your ordered items in your country – and about the legalities of importing goods into your country. We are not responsible for confiscated items by your local authorities or any associated costs incurred. Please read NADDOD’s terms and conditions, which you are agreeing to at the point of placing an order.

Customs clearance is undertaken by the courier in the delivery destination country (and in certain cases, in the en-route country). You must be available for contact by them, in the event of any query or clearance confirmation. You are responsible for knowing the regulations in your delivery country before placing your order.

Customs clearance paperwork and procedures are handled by the courier. They may need to contact you in certain cases to confirm details of a shipment. In any cases where additional paperwork is required for customs clearance, NADDOD will assist you fully. Any local sales tax or import duty will be calculated when your goods enter your country: in most cases there is nothing to pay, but if there is, you simply receive a small surcharge bill when you receive the products.

How to Ship

We’ll ship your goods to you by air express courier. We support DHL, FedEx, and EMS to deliver your goods. Shipping methods are not fixed, they may vary according to country location, order amount, customer requirements, etc. Your courier is also supported.

For orders shipping to some countries like Brazil, Russia, Belaru, etc, due to their strict customs policy towards importing, shipping methods must be chosen carefully. If customers are not confident with the importing, we may help customer ship orders by EMS to avoid any importing customs issues in the destination countries.


Special Notes for orders shipping to Brazil:
Orders shipping to Brazil must show VAT number on the shipping documents, otherwise the package may be rejected by Brazilian customs. Customers who placed orders for shipping to Brazil must provide the following VAT number (CNPJ or CPF) when placing orders with us:
Please send your VAT number (CNPJ or CPF) together with your order number by email to sales@naddod.com right after you completed the order. Orders may be delayed or disregarded if we could not obtain your VAT number on time.

Ship with your own courier:
For bulk orders we can also make the goods available at our warehouse for your own forwarder to collect, or we can offer good freight rates for bulk air shipment or sea freight. If you have bulk orders to place, it is recommended that you contact your account representative or contact our sales team sales@naddod.com (if you don’t have a sales representative) for discounted prices and custom services.

1. How much will I be charged for shipping?

    Shipping cost is charged according to the delivery options you will choose on checkout page. If you are located within continental U.S., you will enjoy FREE SHIPPING on Orders Over US$79.

    2. How can I know if my order has been shipped?

    Once your package leaves our warehouse, we’ll send you a shipment notification email. This email includes the carrier name, tracking number, shipping date and items’ details. You can click the tracking number to track your package on the carrier’s website

    Most packages arrive on time. Orders sometimes show up after the estimated delivery date. Possible reasons for late delivery include the following:

    4. What happens if my parcel is damaged or lost during shipment?

    If you have already received your order and find that it is damaged, please take photos or videos on site and send them to us. Displaysell will be in direct contact with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, avoiding more inconvenience caused to you. Once get approval that damage is caused by shipping, your account manager will guide you how to return damaged ones to us for an exchange or refund.     If you find that your parcel is missing, please inform your account manager at the first moment. Displaysell will guide you about the remedy procedures accordingly.

    5. Will any tax or tariff be charged for my order?

    For orders delivered to U.S., Displaysell is required by state law to collect sales tax that applies to your order. If your organization is exempt from sales tax, you can submit Tax Exemption Application for tax-free shopping. Click here to read more.
    Displaysell also will bear the customs clearance for you if orders are shipped from our Asia Warehouse.
    For orders delivered to Puerto Rico, no sales tax will be charged. Displaysell also will bear the customs clearance for you if orders are shipped from our Asia Warehouse.
    For orders delivered to Canada and Mexico, you need to pay the possible tariff or import fee caused by customs clearance.
    For orders delivered to Guam, no sales tax will be charged.
