Challenge
An electric screwdriver tightening controller needs an operator interface that keeps program selection, parameter entry and machine status easy to follow within a compact control enclosure. This application concept evaluates an 8-inch display and touch assembly for that role. The machine controller supplies the operating data and control logic; the screen presents the interface.

02 / Solution
Solution
Displaysell proposes a configuration based on the ZC-080015-1021 Rev. B, an 8-inch TFT display assembly with 800 × 1280 native resolution and a 4-lane MIPI connection. The integration brief combines interface layout, touch construction and host compatibility with the specified operating environment.
A focused interface for fastening workflows
The proposed interface can group a selected fastening program, controller-provided torque and speed settings, cycle count and run or alarm state. These are suggested host-software fields rather than built-in measurement functions of the display. The native 800 × 1280 portrait format is used for this controller concept. Any alternative landscape layout requires host graphics and touch-coordinate rotation to be configured together.
Contrast and touch construction for indoor operation
The optical table lists a typical contrast ratio of 1500:1, a minimum of 1200:1 and typical viewing angles of 80° in each direction at CR ≥10. The drawing specifies 300 cd/m² typical LCM luminance, a 1.10 mm strengthened cover and anti-fingerprint treatment. Rev. B records a change to GFF construction, and the drawing identifies an FT7511 touch IC. Final touch behaviour and readability should be assessed with the installed cover, interface design and actual workshop lighting.
Host and enclosure integration
The drawing defines an assembly outline of 139.14 × 222.62 mm and a nominal thickness of 4.38 mm, with an LCD active area of 107.64 × 172.22 mm. A 4-lane MIPI host, ILI9881C-04 initialization and the touch I²C connection require engineering coordination. The specified operating range is −10°C to +60°C. Prototype evaluation should include cable routing, grounding and operation near the screwdriver motor and drive electronics; no completed EMC result is supplied with this specification.

03 / Result
Result
The proposed assembly provides a defined display and touch configuration for a wired electric screwdriver controller interface. Its resolution, optical specifications and documented dimensions give the development team concrete inputs for control-panel design and prototype validation. Fastening accuracy, cycle time and production improvements depend on the machine system and have not been established by the display specification.
