Returns & Refunds

All returns must be accompanied by an approved NADDOD RMA form. Please confirm orders receipt and delivered through All Orders before starting a return, and then follow the below steps to process the refunds, exchanges, or repairs accordingly.

1. Refunds

Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned items. Your refund will be returned back into the account you paid within 3 business days.

2. Replacement

If the replacement unit is in stock, it can be shipped within 7 business day. If the replacement unit is out of stock, you can check the delivery time from product page.

3. Repairs (within warranty period)

Free repair service is available for most items (excluding consumablesl) within the warranty period. NADDOD will ship out the repaired items after test and verification.

To apply for refunds or exchanges, the return request should be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date. For products that are eligible for repair, repair request should be submitted within the warranty period to enjoy free repairs. In case the warranty period expires, repairs can still be offered but a certain fee will be charged case by case.

The items must be returnable or have an authorized warranty period to enjoy NADDOD return services. Please note that customized product orders may only change or cancel before the time we begin manufacturing unless approved. All customized products cannot be returned or replaced. FAQ

1. How to claim for lost or incorrect or damaged items?

You can make a return/refund request within 7 days of successful delivery or from the date you received the item. If delivery is unsuccessful, you will need to make your request within 30 days of the date your order was shipped. We will endeavor to make a decision on your claim within 7-10 business days and you can contact your account manager for more details.

2. Do I need to pay the return shipping cost or customs?

If the return is due to an error on our part (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) , we will cover all shipping costs. Otherwise, the return shipping costs should be your responsibility.
Typically, international orders may incur import and export duties. If the item is returned from abroad and it is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) , we will be responsible for the customs duties.
Packages returned without authorization or packages that are not accepted for return will be refused or shipped back to you at your expense.

3.How can I process the return if I’m qualified for free returns?

You can print a free return shipping label on the return detail page after the return request is approved. If you don’t find that shipping label, please contact your account manager to get the shipping label.

4.How will I receive the refund?

The refund will be returned to the original account your paid. We will process the refund immediately after we have received the returned products. Usually, you will receive the refund within 35 business days.

5.Do I need to pay any restocking fee when return the products?

For returns submitted within 30 days of delivery date, you will receive a full or partial refund depending on the status of returned items listed below.
