AUO G150XTN06.5 TFT Panel General Desription
AUO’s G150XTN06.5 is a 15.0″ a-Si TFT-LCD LCM with XGA resolution (1024×768, 85PPI, RGB vertical stripe), featuring a 304.128×228.096 mm active area, 307.4×231.3 mm bezel opening, and 326.5×253.5×12 mm outline with antiglare treatment. It offers 300 cd/m² typical brightness, 800:1 contrast ratio (TM), fast 5.7/2.3 ms response times, and 80°/80°/70°/80° viewing angles in TN normally white transmissive mode, supporting 262K/16.2M colors (60% NTSC). Powered by a 50K-hour WLED backlight (with driver), targets industrial use, and supports 60Hz base refresh rates with 120Hz/240Hz via MEMC. No touchscreen, LVDS (1ch, 6/8-bit, 20-pin) interface, 3.3V supply, and operates/stores at -20~70°C.
